Zagrebački tramvaj M 24 u mjerilu 1:6
Nedavno sam se prikljjučio brojnoj ekipi koja radi na izradi još jednog tramvaja u M 1:6
Prijatelj Zdravko Vuk se primio opsežnog posla uz svesrdnu pomoć Željka Halambeka i Dražena Bijelića.
Kao elektroničar po struci napravio je upravljački pult
Podvozje ima 2 elektromotora
U cijeloj priči imade još tokara, limara, zavarivača a ja sam se nedavno priključio jer ću lakirati taj model.
Slika imade na stotine no naravno bit će samo najvažnije, i tako će ova priča potrajati....
Pogon je najprije testiran u radionici g. Vuka
a zatim na pruzi u Hrvatskom željezničkom muzeju

juri kao pravi! (na probi je bila i jedna žuta karoserija starijeg modela tramvaja o kojoj će biti priče u drugoj temi)
Lim debljine 2 mm je bio laserski izrezan i zavaren u jednoj limarskoj radionici uz pomoć Željka Halambeka

Tramvaj i ovako nekompletan bez krova (i akumulatora) imade dobrih 50 kila

Tramvaj je konačno došao kući i vjenčao se sa podvozjem
Sada dolazim ja, najprije sam dobro odmastio cijelu karoseriju sa nitro razređivačem
Najprije treba pokitati brojne tragove brušenja i neke spojeve limova
I eto ga kod mene u garaži

Pretpostavljam da pitaš za stalak na kojemu je tramvaj, to imam nekih 50-ak godina i služio mi je kao stalak
za servis na go-kartu!

Na kraju treba sve dobro oprati, pobrisati i osušiti....
Zbog te plastike su ti dijelovi prešpricani plastik-primerom a nakon toga je slijedila temeljna boja
Tada je sve pređeno tankim slojem fillera (kit koji se šprica) da bi se prekrila sitna oštećenja od brušenja i dobila
glatka podloga za lak
Tramvaj sam za temeljnu i filler trebao preokretati pa bi mi dobro došao i neki ražanj?

Mogao bi napraviti sebe, negdje sredinom 60-ih sam lijepo pao sa pufera u vožnji
Bio je u položaju skroz lijevo a ja sam ga htio pomaknuti na sredinu da mi ne puše (bila je zima) pa je odjednom otišao
skroz desno a ja puf dole. To je bilo malo nakon okretišta u Borongaju, bila je zima sa dosta snijega pa je to bila sreća u
toj nezgodi jer je on ublažio pad!

Bio je u položaju skroz lijevo a ja sam ga htio pomaknuti na sredinu da mi ne puše (bila je zima) pa je odjednom otišao
skroz desno a ja puf dole. To je bilo malo nakon okretišta u Borongaju, bila je zima sa dosta snijega pa je to bila sreća u
toj nezgodi jer je on ublažio pad!
Najprije je došla plava boja jer mi je kasnije lakše maskirati ravne plohe
Drugi dan je donji dio obojan u sivo
Uz put sam obojio i malo unutrašnjost makar će se kasnije unutra lijepiti prozori i obloge stranica

Žmigavce sam morao učvrstti obostrano ljepivom trakom za podlogu da mi ne odlete
(oni u stvari ne žmigaju već samo svijetle)

Pridružio im se i jedan češki tramvaj
Unutar ložione svaki kolosjek ima svoj pristup za razne popravke i uređenja
Prave parnjače se drže skupa na drugoj strani
Unutra miriše kao u pravoj ložioni, a i strojovođe još danima imaju taj poseban miris
